Once you have prepared your metadata file or import folder, you are ready to import the batch of publications into the platform:

  1. Log in to your publisher account on the platform
  2. Go to the Publications tab
  3. Click on the Import button at the top right of the screen
  4. Drag and drop the desired file (a compressed folder or any other single file that conforms to the naming convention) into the area under Import a file, or click Browse.

For more experienced users: we also offer you the option of uploading your import files to our FTP server, without having to log in to the administration interface. However, we recommend that you first get familiar with manual file uploading, as the technical requirements remain the same. To obtain your personal, secure FTP upload account, contact your account manager.
