1. In the Patrons > Search section, run a search to find the patron for whom you want to change the information.
  2. Click on the patron's line among the search results to open the detailed page for that patron.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Edit the desired information and click Save.


ID and password when using an ILS

The ID field is what identifies a patron to your ILS authentication system, if applicable. This field is protected to prevent tampering that could prevent the patron from logging into the service. Changing the password will have no effect if your library uses an ILS to log in: you must change the patron's password directly from the ILS.
