This tab allows you to search for your library's patrons by keywords, as well as by applying certain filters. The Submit button displays the results of the search criteria and the Reset button clears the criteria. The results can be exported as CSV and XLS files.

Click on the line of any patron in the search results to display their detail page, where you can do the following:

  • Review information about this patron, such as active loans and active holds, or their loan and hold history (Total). The numbers in blue are clickable and give access to more detailed information. You can reach the detail page of these publications by clicking on the corresponding line.
  • View detailed loan and hold data for that patron, by clicking on the grey areas. Titles, authors and other contributors are linked to the corresponding information in your library catalogue. The reading options allow you to open the online reader or download protected files to check their status. It is important that the reading position is set back in the online reader so as not to disrupt the patron's experience, and not to open the files with Thorium or Adobe Digital Editions so as not to use a licence.

  • Editing a patron's data.
  • Offering courtesy loans to a patron.
  • Revoking a patron's access rights.

Importing patrons

The Importing patrons tab is only displayed if your authentication method is Local or of a type that allows for adding patron accounts manually. See the User account batch import page to learn more.

Statistics

Loan statistics allow you to generate statistical information about trends in the number of accesses by patrons over a given period. You can select the period by month and year. Click on the Submit button to generate the results. You can have them displayed as a graph or table by clicking on the corresponding icons on the left of the screen. The results can also be presented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The button on the right allows you to export them as an XLS file.

Heavy usage

This tab allows you to identify patron accounts that have a high usage of the service over the last 30 days, either by the number of loans, the number of loans of less than one hour or the number of loans of less than one day.

Reports

The patron report allows you to generate data on loans. You can filter them by media type or by month and year of origin. Click on the Generate Report button to generate the results, which can be exported as an XLS file.

Exports

This tab allows you to download a CSV file containing all the patrons of your digital library.
