If one or more of your publications do not appear in the catalogue of an online bookstore, check the following:

  • Does the publication appear Online on the platform?
  • Is a sale price set in a currency supported by the bookstore?
  • Is the publication Available for sale?

If the answer to all of these questions is "yes", it is usually possible to fix the issue by forcing a metadata sync, thus sending a new feed to the outlets.

If the publication is still missing 24 hours after a forced sync, please contact the customer support team to report the problem.
