A few steps are required before you can set a price for libraries:

  1. The library offers feature must have been enabled by an administrator for your publisher account. Please check with your account manager about this.
  2. At least one library offer must have been created. These offers will allow publications to be sold through the bookstore network.

You can create library prices manually or to define the automatic creation of library prices based on consumer prices within the offer configuration page.

Defining a price automatically

In Cantook Publishers, library offer templates have an automatic creation option. 

When this option is selected in an offer template, the platform automatically creates a corresponding offer when each publication is created.

The publications in the offer therefore inherit the price configured in the template used, based on the general public price (or with restrictions for libraries) for the selected territories.

Defining a price manually

If the offer template indicates that prices are to be determined manually, this can be done in the following two ways.
