Required metadata

  1. Go to the Publications tab, click on the publication's title
  2. Click on Metadata > Description
  3. Fill in the desired fields (the Summary field is mandatory)
  4. It is strongly recommended to fill in the Title for sorting, Prefix (if applicable) and Subtitle (if applicable) fields
  5. Click Save

The summary is displayed on retailers' websites along with the cover image.

The following HTML formatting tags are accepted in the Summary field:

  • <i> </i> for italics
  • <b> </b> for bold

  • <br> for a line break

If the publication has special technical requirements, reading guidelines should be added in the Summary field. For example: This book is best displayed on tablets such as the iPad.
