It is possible to document the table of contents of an audio book in three ways:
Timestamps and Audio Tables of Contents
To mark the beginning of a chapter, two types of timestamps are accepted:
- Timestamps from the beginning of the audiobook (ONIX 3.0, Dynamic Excel, interface);
- Timestamps from the beginning of an audio track (Dynamic Excel, interface).
It is not necessary to provide both types of timestamps. The platform will automatically convert the table of contents as needed.
Transferring Audio Tables of Contents to Resellers
Audio tables of content are sent to Apple and Kobo, according to their specifications.
In order to avoid rejections from resellers, an incomplete audio table of contents is automatically replaced by a table of contents where each chapter is a track.
