To add an audio file to a publication's detail page, follow this procedure:

  1. Go to Metadata > Formats > Audio.

  2. Under Audio format, enter a valid 13-digit ISBN.

    A wrong ISBN can cause serious problems once the publication is online.

  3. Indicate the Publication and For sale dates, which are required.
  4. Under Audio format metadata, enter:
    • duration,
    • the number of tracks,
    • the edition type (unabridged or abridged).
  5. Click Save.
  6. Under Files and preferences, click the Add file button.

  7. Select the desired file on your computer. The file must always be in ZIP format, even if it contains a single MP3 track.

    All file names, including the MP3, WAV or FLAC files of each audio track as well as the ZIP file containing them, must absolutely include the ISBN of the audio publication, otherwise it will be rejected by retailers. It must respect the Naming convention for audio files. 

  8. Once the download is completed, click Save.
