You can attach various files (PDF, EPUB, JPG, etc.) to batch imported publications. To do this, the attached files must:
- follow a naming convention;
- be previously saved in the same import folder;
- have a size not greater than 150 MB.
Naming attached files
You have two options for naming files attached to batch imported publications.
- Use the identifier of the corresponding publication. When the name of an attached file uses a valid identifier (ISBN/EAN), the platform automatically associates this file with the corresponding publication at the time of import.
- Provide a file name in the metadata file. You can give any name to an attached file, as long as that name is mentioned in the correct section of the metadata file. On import, the platform simply associates this file with the corresponding publication.
