Adding a delivery of several publications

Your recipient(s) will then receive several publications simultaneously.

1. Go to the Publications tab.
2. Click on Groups > Add.
3. In the field that appears, choose a name for your grouping. Example: 3 autumn news.
4. Click on Save.

Link publications to this grouping:

1. In Parameters > Publications, in the Find a publication field, type the relevant title.
2. Click on Add.
3. Repeat the operation as many times as necessary.

Create the folder for the delivery:

1. Click Parameters > Cantook Courrier > Add.
2. In Parameters > General > Delivery parameters, fill in the following fields:
   • Status:
     • Free for sending bulk copies of publications, at no cost to the recipient, to promote them;
     • Paid for sending already sold publications to a target group. A sale per participant is then created. Please note that no billing information specific to Cantook Courrier will appear in the publisher reports.
   • Internal title: this is the title you have chosen for the delivery itself (e.g. 3 new autumn publications) and not the title of the publications concerned;
   • Starts on: this date is optional; if it is not defined, the delivery will start as soon as it is saved and activated;
   • Ends on: this date is optional; if not defined, the delivery will remain active;
   • Language: here you define the language in which you will write the delivery email.
3. Click on Save.
