Here you will find information regarding the download of your books, DRM, transferring to your e-reader or any other device, and reading.

Our bookstore only sells books in EPUB format. You will not be able to download your ebook in any other format. The EPUB format is not compatible with the Amazon Kindle.

When you buy a book in our ebook store, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your book. You can also download your book at any time from your Feedbooks Bookshelf (link at the top right of the page, when you are connected to your account).

DRM-free or Watermarked books can be downloaded directly, by clicking on the download link. You can check whether your book is DRM-free or watermarked by checking the properties listed in the book's details page (click on the title or the cover to get there), directly to the right of the cover image, under the heading Protection

If your book is protected by DRM, to download it to your PC, you will need to install the Adobe Digital Editions software (free of charge). You will find a step-by-step illustrated guide here: http://www.feedbooks.com/help/adobe-de.

Once you've downloaded your ebook to your computer using ADE, the EPUB file can be found in the folder My Documents > My Digital Editions.

You can find out whether your book is DRM-protected by checking the properties listed in the ebook's details page (click on the title or the cover to get there), directly to the right of the cover image, under the heading Protection. This information is also available in the confirmation page before validating your purchase.

To read your ebook on an Android or iOS tablet or smartphone, you must use a app that supports Adobe DRM.

The first time you buy an ebook protected by the Adobe DRM, you will be asked to create an Adobe ID. If you want to read that same ebook on any other device or computer, you will need to use this same Adobe ID.

If you get an error message when authorizing your device with Adobe, please contact the technical support of the application you are using directly, or Adobe's technical support; they will be able to help with this issue. Feedbooks has no way to intervene on third party applications or Adobe servers.
