Adobe Digital Editions integrates with built-in accessibility features in Mac and Windows, as well as other software such as JAWS or VoiceOver. Adobe Digital Editions can be fully controlled using the keyboard (navigation and shortcuts), font size and contrast can be changed and, with the appropriate screen-reading software, the navigation tabs, table of contents and the entire book can be read out loud.
Some e-readers and mobile apps also provide text-to-speech capabilities.
