To log in to the Administration site:

  • add /sign_in to the end of your library URL

  • enter your username and password on the screen that appears


Your library's Log in button

Unless your library provides local authentication, clicking on the Log in button from your library's public catalogue will take you to your patron's login page, whose information is validated by your Integrated Library System (ILS) or other authentication system. Therefore you should not use this option to log in as a manager or librarian.

Making loans as a manager or librarian

As a manager or librarian, you cannot make loans or place holds. To do this you must therefore log in as a patron, using the Log in button on your library's public catalogue, and go through your authentication system, if applicable. We do not recommend that you log in as both a patron and a manager or librarian using the same Web browser. Instead, use a different browser if you need to be logged in as both roles simultaneously.
