Some features of the digital library allow you to communicate information about your library's activities to patrons who log in from a Web browser. Currently, it is not possible to send a communication to patrons who log in from the application.
- The Messages feature allows you to inform your users and librarians with a pop-up message that is displayed to everyone when they log into the digital library. More details on this feature can be found on the messaging feature page.
- You can create a banner to be displayed on the digital library home page. More details on this feature can be found in the articles Creating and editing a banner and Adding and setting up a banner on the home page.
- If you wish to communicate to certain patrons from your own systems, you can retrieve email addresses (if your organization allows such access) from the Search tab in the Patrons section. Here you can export patron search results according to certain filters and criteria.
