Cart consultation screen

Clicking on the My Carts link, available at all times in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, will take you to the cart consultation screen.

The cart list displays the following information about each cart:

  • the cart's name (along with the cover image of the first book added);
  • details about any associated order;
  • the name of the user who created the cart;
  • the total number of titles and copies it contains.

You can sort the contents of a cart using the usual criteria (author, publication date or title, file format).

The cart consultation screen is divided into three tabs.

My carts

The My carts tab displays a list of all non-validated carts created by the logged-in user.

It is possible to sort this list according to the following criteria:

  • Last modified: sorted by the cart's date of modification, from the most recent to the oldest.
  • Oldest: sorted by the cart's date of creation, from the oldest to the most recent.
  • Most recent: sorted by the cart's date of creation, from the most recent to the oldest.
  • Larger carts: sort by the number of copies, from largest to smallest.

Community carts

This tab displays a list of all non-validated carts created by all users in the library, including those of the logged-in user.

It is possible to sort this list using to the same criteria as with the My carts tab.

Validated carts

This tab displays the list of carts that have already been validated.

It is possible to sort this list according to the following criteria:

  • Last validated: sorted by validation date, from the most recent to the oldest.
  • Validated carts: sorted by validation date, from the oldest to the most recent.

The default list includes carts validated by all administrators, but it is also possible to filter it according to the administrator who validated the cart, by selecting his name in the Filter by user list.

Cart detail screen

Clicking on any cart in the cart list displays the detail screen of the cart.

Under the cart's name and the total number of titles and copies it contains, you'll find the list of publications it contains, with, for each publication:

  • the details of your license (type of license, number of loans, duration, etc.);
  • its release date;
  • its possible presence in other carts
    • a check mark icon indicates that the title has already been ordered;
    • a cart icon indicates that the title appears in at least one other cart;
    • clicking on these icons displays the details (identification and links to the corresponding cart, cart creator, etc.);
  • its unit price;
  • the number of copies in the cart;
  • the total price of the number of copies.
