It is important to be careful when entering the ISBNs of your publications in the platform.

As soon as an ISBN is saved on the platform, the resellers' information feeds are updated. It is therefore impossible to subsequently change the ISBN.

If you've entered a wrong ISBN:

  • change the status of the publication to offline
  • contact us as soon as possible at help@demarque.com

Most of the time you will have to create a new product record. However, you may need to replace the ISBN for the format in error. Once the ISBN has been written in the databases of the various resellers, it is quite tricky to have it removed.
