Please allow for the following cases.

• Free books may be offered by publishers. Free books are treated the same as normal books, and have a price of 0.
• Check the tax rates applicable to digital books in your area.
• The customer service team must be able to provide De Marque with the following information in case of a request for technical assistance involving a problematic sale: the customer_id, transaction_id used in the sales Web services, as well as the ISBN and the book format. Make sure that your site administration tool can provide this information to your service team.
• The download link for an ebook must be protected, i.e. before offering the download, you must first ensure that the person requesting the download is logged in to their user account at your point of sale.
• The digital copy you sell to your customer will always be available for download (or re-download) on our servers, just call the publication's download Web service, always with the same information used for the original sale and download.
