Disabling multi-factor authentication

Platform administrators do not have the necessary permissions to disable multi-factor authentication.

Only De Marque team members with the highest permissions can disable multi-factor authentication on a user account. This is an exceptional procedure, which requires special precautions to avoid phishing and other attacks.
