Publishers, distributors and platform administrators now have access to the previous day's exportation summary via notifications.

These notifications are emailed daily, and are also available in the Notifications dashboard.

Each notification consists of a table containing:

  • the list of external platforms that were sent exportations in the last 24 hours;
  • the number of exportations for each platform, grouped by their status (successful, in progress, errors).

Clicking on these totals will take you directly to the detailed exportation dashboard.

Subscription to notifications

The System > Notifications section is where you can manage notificiation recipients.

The selection and recipients of notifications that are available to organizations differ from those that are available to administrators.

  • Organizations can designate one or more of their primary contacts as recipients, or one or more custom email addresses.
  • Administrators can only designate one or more custom email addresses as recipients.
