1. Go to the Cantook Hub login page
  2. Enter your user name
  3. Click on Continue
  4. Enter your password and click on Log in
    or
    Click on Receive a login link by email to receive a link, valid for a few minutes, that allows you to bypass the password entry step
  5. Apply the procedure that best suits your situation among the following 3 options:
    - If you have already activated multi-factor authentication (MFA): retrieve the required 6-digit validation code from your authentication application or from the text message (SMS) received, and enter it in the corresponding field
    - If you have not yet activated multi-factor authentication (MFA): click on Continue and follow the configuration steps
    - If you do not have access to your authentication application: click on Use recovery code, and enter one of your recovery codes

You can enable multi-factor authentication in the Security section of your user profile.


User session duration is limited. For users who have enabled multi-factor authentication, the recovery code is required each time the session is resumed after a period of inactivity.

Resetting your password

From the login page, you can also reset your password, for example in case you have forgotten it.

  1. Go to the Cantook Hub login page
  2. Enter your user name
  3. Click on Continue
  4. Click on Forgot your password? above the Password field
  5. Click the Continue button to receive an email with instructions for choosing a new password

If you receive a password reset email but have not requested one, we recommend that you reset your password.
