Once configured, the pricing policy will automatically apply to the next publications added to the catalogue. However, it is possible to activate it on all or some of the previous publications that are already in the digital warehouse.

Applying a dynamic pricing policy to a batch of publications

In the Publications screen of your account:

  • from the list, select the desired titles. If the policiy is to affect the entire catalogue, check the white box to the left of the gear icon;

If you know the ISBNs of the publications to which the pricing policy is to be applied, simply enter all of them in the multiple identifier search area, by clicking on the downward pointing arrow in the Search tool. You can separate the ISBNs with semicolons or line breaks.

  • click on the gear icon;
  • select the option Apply or remove a dynamic pricing policy;
  • select the policy to be applied from the drop-down list;
  • select the Apply option;
  • click on Execute.

The automatic creation of prices for the publication formats defined in the policy is then activated. An update is sent to the entire sales network to communicate these new prices.

You can also apply this method to a single publication. In this case, only the title should be checked in the list. In order to reduce the risk of error, we suggest you use the method described for the Application for a single publication (see below).
